Cargolux has signed an official order for the Boeing 777-8F. The order is for 10 of the freighter aircraft with the option to purchase six more. The airline announced its intentions to acquire this aircraft over the summer at the Farnborough airshow. It plans to steadily build a fleet of 777 freighters to take the place of its aging 747-400 fleet.
