More than a decade after the 2009 fatal crash of Yemenia Airways Flight 626, for which the airline denied responsibility, a French court finally found the Yemeni national carrier guilty of involuntary homicide. The French court also ordered it to pay damages to the flight's lone survivor and the families of the French citizens who perished in the crash.
