While perhaps not as well known as the Royal Air Force Red Arrows of the United States Air Force Thunderbirds, Canada's Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Snowbird demonstration team has been wowing crowds since 1978. Officially known as RCAF 431 Air Demonstration Squadron (French: 431e Escadron de démonstration aérienne), the Snowbirds are based at 15 Wing Moose Jaw in the central Canadian province of Saskatchewan.
