On August 24th, 2004, two Tupolev aircraft crashed after taking off from Moscow Domodedovo Airport (DME). It was later reported that Chechen insurgents had detonated suicide vests on the aircraft, which ultimately led to the deaths of all 90 people onboard the two planes.
