After a nearly three-year absence, Emirates will again use the A380 to Houston. It'll return this December, in time for peak winter demand and a few weeks after a comprehensive refurbishment of the iconic type begins, and it'll replace the B777-200LR. It'll be Houston's only A380 service – and the airport's only four-engined scheduled passenger service until Lufthansa returns the B747-8 next March.
