It should have been celebrating the introduction of a gamechanging single aisle aircraft, showcasing its latest 777X product, and reeling in the orders under the Parisian sun. Instead, it quietly logged a handful of widebody orders and a surprise 200 plane LOI from British Airways’ parent IAG.
