Colombia’s Ministry of Transportation is set to determine next week whether Avianca and Viva can partner and merge under the same holding. These two carriers, along with Brazil’s GOL Linhas Aéreas, are looking to launch the Abra Group Limited, a holding that would create the largest airline group in Latin America.
