On Monday, October 5th, Air Canada announced it would open two new routes connecting Canadians to two major United Airlines hubs in the US. The daily year-round flights will first be offered this December. They will connect Vancouver International Airport (YVR) with Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) with New York's Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
