After the discovery and disposal of an explosive device caused the runway closure and flight disruptions, Toronto's downtown Billy Bishop Airport's runway finally reopened, and normal flight operations resumed after several hours. The Toronto police have also detained two suspects following suspicions of their involvement in making and delivering the explosive device.
