There are various ways of measuring aircraft 'use'. Perhaps the simplest is the number of flights operated in a given period. It is influenced by things such as the number of aircraft (no surprise!), average sector length, relative efficiency, and turnaround time. Delta's least-used aircraft by flights this winter is the A330-200.
