Play is looking to double its flight crew size by summer next year. It has previously announced that it is looking to expand its fleet to include 10 aircraft by summer 2023. These additional aircraft will require the airline to hire 55 pilots and 105 flight attendants. The airline is looking to hire first officers and direct entry captains to fly its growing fleet of Airbus A320 family airliners. It is looking to hire both brand new and experienced flight attendants.
