Qantas’ website and mobile application crashed on Monday morning as thousands of frequent flyers tried to redeem their flight credits. As Simple Flying reported yesterday, Group CEO Alan Joyce apologized to all its customers via a pre-recorded video message and the airline said it will be sending AU$50 (US$34) in the form of flights credits to all frequent fliers based in Australia and New Zealand.
