Earlier this year, Virgin Australia's CEO, Jayne Hrdlicka, was accused of “bullying and harassment” by the airline's (now former) chief pilot. The claims by the former chief pilot, Michael Fitzgerald, then led to his termination. Fitzgerald is now hoping for proper compensation from the Australian Federal Circuit Court.
